*JHCC has been a part of HPD's emergency repair program for over ten years.

This program mainly consists of helping out tenants with negligent landlords.. The work addresses a variety of issues.  It ranges from correcting water leaks and damages, to removal of debris, and also restorations to damaged ceilings, and walls.  Often, we do installation of apartment entry doors, interior doors, and windows. 

*JHCC has been a part of HPD's Primary Prevention Program for over five years.

This program is a government funded program designed to prevent lead poisoning to children under the age of 6 years old, and pregnant mothers.  The  goal is to "lead proof" the buildings, so to speak.  Since joining this program we have successfully completed nine (9) buildings and are looking forward to completing many more.  We are very proud of our work in this program.  They are all set on strict timelines, with very rigid rules and we have consistently met all of our deadlines with no incident to date.  We are also very proud of this program as we feel we are making effective and positive contributions to society.

JHCC are general contractors who specialize in lead abatement.  We pride ourselves on the fact that we have been dealing with lead removal long before lead became a commonly known hazard. 

In addition, we are also quite capable of remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and basements in private homes.  We install flooring, tilework, sheetrock, custom painting, etc..

We are proud to say that we have also worked with property owners, and management companies in the overall maintenance of their buildings.  This ranges from painting apartments and common areas, to removing lead violations, and making both minor and major repairs.
